Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk at the conference centre as proof of your registration.
The congress documents (name badge, vouchers, programme etc.) will be distributed to the pre-registered delegates at the registration desk on-site.
All cancellations must be electronically mailed to Innovationmeetsart[at]congrex.com.
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
- Cancellations received up and including 9 May 2018: minus 25% handling fee
- No refund on cancellations after 9 May 2018, even if due to illness, Visa rejection etc.
The organisers will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one, once their registration and fee have been received. It is to be understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential participants obtaining a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the congress to provide any financial support. You may request such a letter during the online registration.
Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time. For any change of names, a fee of CHF 50 will be charged.
All fees for congress registration and additional courses should be paid in CHF in advance to the Congress Secretariat of Innovation meets Art 2018 clearly stating the participant’s name and address. You have the possibility to pay by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
The participant acknowledges that she / he has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economical events or generally by "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With her / his registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
